At Medlelo, we are committed to protecting your financial interests and ensuring a fair and transparent experience with every transaction.
Lost Shipments
All transactions are fully insured at no additional cost to you. If your order is lost in transit and not delivered, we will either:
- Issue a 100% refund, or
- Resend the item at no extra charge.
In such cases, the refund or replacement will be processed on the 30th day from the date of dispatch.
Returns – Unopened and Unused Products
If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 10 days of receiving the order, provided:
- The product is unopened and unused
- It is in new condition
- It includes all original packaging and accessories
You will receive a 100% refund of the product value.
Please note: Return shipping, insurance, and any applicable duty charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
How to Return an Item

To return a product:
- Include a copy of your order invoice or receipt
- Ensure the product is securely packed
- Mail the package to the return address
